CaptionSync Advantages

CaptionSync is a web-based automated captioning service, so there is no software or hardware to purchase and it is available 7x24.  There is no up front commitment required - you are just billed for the time used.  Our charges are per five-minute increments, based on the media duration for a transcript and captions.  If you have a transcript, you can upload that and only pay for the caption files.

• Speed: Results are available minutes later (a one hour long program is captioned in less than 5 minutes if a transcript is provided!) - a fraction of the time needed for traditional captioning.  For captions and transcripts, our turnaround time ranges from 24 hours to three workdays.
